Question Threatening roommate...

In the state of California, can you break a lease on an apartment (which has just over 2 months left on the lease) if your roommate has been threatening you? Also, what if one of the renters has medical problems that have gotten bad enough that they cannot afford to pay?

Default Re: Threatening roommate...

You can take action as to the other roommate--evict and sue them etc. if need be.

But you are still liable as to the landlord.
