Question Tenant smoking pot

We have a tenant who is smoking pot in his apt, all neighbors have seen him and have complaint about it, is this illegal? can I do something about it? after all he is in his home and as far as I know is for personal use only. What am I suppose to do?

You may call the police, and evict him for that.
