Eviction in PA. How long do you have on the eviction before being removed?

If you currently live in a home and it has been sold to a new owner, who has to evict you? Would it be the new owner or old owner? How long do you have on the eviction before being removed?

Has there been a failure to pay rent ot a notice to vacate? both of these must come before eviction. To answer you question though the owner evicts. If ownership has changed hands new owner now evicts

Received an eviction notice by old owner Feb. 9th to vacate by March 9th. but a week later he showed up told me house has been sold u have until the end of the month to get out.

That was not an eviction notice it was a notice to vacate. It may still be valid. Contact a local Attorney

It is doubtful the house has closed that quickly in today's market. The sale is probably going to close soon and that is why you were told to move. Check the local tax auditor's web site to see who is listed as the owner to see if this sale is pending (the old owner would still be listed). If so, you have until the 9th to get out before he files to evict.
