I own the home but not the dirt it sits on...
I have a mobile home that I own, but the dirt it sits on is rented. It's in an "adult community" in SW Florida and the "manager" of the park turns down everyone who applies to buy this mobile home from me.
The trailer is old and not able to be moved. I can't afford to keep it and the park manager is basically preventing me from selling it to someone willing to do necessary repairs. What are my options? Can I just sign the title and hand it to the manager for him to deal with and just quit paying lot rent? I don't know what to do about this!!!! |

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to his behavior...
