No you can't kick in his door. What exactly is he stealing? Theft requires a police report. Also, keep your door locked and he can't steal your things.

I don't know what else to tell you. If he engages in illegal activities, call the police and make reports. Send copies of them to the LL with a request that they take immediate action against him.
If your roommate is stealing your food, this is not a LL - Tenant issue. It is a problem between the two of you and has nothing to do with your LL or your lease. You will have to handle that problem yourself. |
