How long have you lived there, and how long have the bedbugs been an issue?

Do any of the neighboring apartments have the bedbug problem? How long have they lived in their unit, and how long have they had the problem?

As for yourself, what have you done regarding the problem that cost you $500 out of pocket so far?

Let add who's bed was this? In other words did you bring the bed into the dwelling?

One last set of comments: Did you notify the LL in writing, sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to ask for the extermination? Did you buy or bring in any used furniture into the unit? Had you recently returned from a tip, brought in a cardboard box of items, or bought anything from a consignment shop or thrift store?
