Confused need help collecting judgement from landlord

On February 27, 2007, my old landlord was ordered to pay $525 plus court costs of $122 on top of amount already received($215). My old landlord deducted the amount already received from the judgement amount. How do I go about collecting the remaining amount?

Please help, thank you.
