Terminating approved extension notice

Terminating approved extension notice
California.....I have a LL who sold her home and did not disclose to the new owners that she had signed a lease extension notice through 10/31. Instead she posted a 30 day notice to vacate the home on 10/16. Do we have to move out on 10/16 or 10/31?

If you have a signed lease extension, make a copy of it and give it to the new owners. You should be allowed to stay until it ends.
