my apartment guys sent ppl from rest control to spray for bedbugs...those ppl entered n did the job and left the house breaking our new 32" lcd tv..its brand new ,brought jus 40 days before...its clear that they did it...i complained the apartment maintaince guys,,n they caam for inspection ..but both apartment renters n the pest control guys r not giving any proper explaination r compensation for tis issue...what should i do regally if they didnt give me the compensaation? i premitted pest control guys jus bcos they were sent by my renters...now the tv is broken..?wat should i do ? whom should i file case against?
