GET THEM OUT
Missouri here - 6 months ago my brothers ex-girlfriend got evicted and her, her mother and daughter had no place to go so needless to say I let them stay in my recently late mother's home. The home was left to me and my brother with me given the power of attorney and executor of the will.
Verbally there was an agreement that they could stay for a month to gather money together and search for a place that they could live. No lease, contract was ever made (written documentation) and they have never paid rent or utilities toward bills that had to be paid. Since there is no contract or lease/landlord paperwork and the verbal agreement has since been here and gone, can I legally kick them out literally on their fannies? PLEASE HELP |

You must do as any Landlord must do. You follow state laws on removal of tenants. In most states this means you give them a "notice to vacate" the time frame depends on your states laws. Most of the time its one full rental period or 30 days

Why does it take soooo long to evict... our State says if were lucky 2 months. Side note "just found out they have a warrant out for their arrest for unpaid bills. So in other words I have to put out at least a Grand, plus time, plus utilities bills. Since the utility bills are in my name, can I shut off the utilities?
Or am I screwed all the way around for being a nice person to try and help them out in the first place? |

No youy cannot shut of utilities. You can however tell Police where to find them if they have warrants. You will still need to go through legal process to remove them. Then sue them for your cost although you arent likely to get anything. give them notice to vacate today! Start the process
