Confused non-cure? landlord trying to kick me out!

Hello I received a letter from my landlord that says, "You are advised that pursuant to 83.56 and 83.595, Florida Statutes, your right to possession of the premises is terminated, effectively immediately. The landlord will retake possession on your behald but hold you liable for all sums due under the lease, less rent received after relet of the premises. You shall have seven (7) days from the delivery of this letter to vacate the premises. This action is taken because: violation of lease policies #7, 21, 25."(I have a copy of the lease). I need legal advice ASAP the day to move out is tomorrow and the landlord is now also charging me different fees and saying that I need to pay back the $100 off I got when I first signed the lease. I was the victim of a home invasion robbery how is this possible! The door was unsafe when I moved in, unsafe after someone broke in the first time, and unsafe after the HOME INVASION! PLEASE HELP!

He needs to take you to court normally first--check to see if that has occurred? You may also call the sheriff to discuss eviction procedure in your situation.
