Default boatslip

In October of 2006 I prepaid for a boat slip for the 2007 season. In June 2006 a bankruptcy judge degree the property to be sold in December2006. New owner purchased property on December 14, 2006. I was never given any written notice of foreclosure and change of ownership. Do I have legal rights to this slip and can the new owner keep me from using this slip.

Yes--you may go to small claims to enforce it if need be--
