Unhappy break lease

Colorado
I moved into an apt complex a month ago and the dogs above me are left on the balcony and they pee which then comes down on me, my stuff and the patio. I have talked to the neighbors several times with no sucess. I have taken this issue to the management staff and still no sucess. I can not take this any more. What can I do?

Default Re: break lease

You cannot break lease that much I can tell you. You could talk to a Lawyer about sueing your neighbor since thier dog prevents you from enjoying your balcony. Even that might be much. What are the complex rules on Dogs? There might be a means to resolve this through the Landlord's own rules. Also is there another apartment you can be relocated to?
