Florida eviction Nightmare

Here is the situation. My 28 year old brother is still living with my parents. He is very rude and defiant to them. He refuses to work or to even attempt to get a job and is a former and quite possible current addict. My parent's home was burglarized twice while he was home, (police report for both instances) when they tried to get away for the recent holiday. They are needing to get him out of the house, but he has left the house already, how do they go about legally removing him from the property. If they have to serve him notice but cannot find him, how would they go about serving notice?

They can pack his things and hold them for 30 days in boxes--try to find him or email but if you cannot you can deem him to have abandoned the premises. Inform the local police what you are doing.

Otherwise evict him in local court--it is easy to do.
