Default How to remove tenants due to property purchase

Florida

We are buying a residental property in Florida that has tenents from the previous owners. They have no lease. When the sale is final, we intend to inhabit the home. Can we legally issue a 15 day notice for the tennants to move out so that we may move into our new home? I dont know if it makes a difference, but it is a mobile home that we are purchasing along with the land it is on. Thank you.

You usually need to give them 30 days notice if they are now paying month to month.

Not in FL. It requires only 15 days notice per FL Statute 83.57.
