Default Break Lease due to circumstances

VA - Completing a lease at the end of July. Signed a new one for a year. Parents needed to move in - no longer enough room. Willing to help find new tenants but can't stay in the house.

Any help?

I'm afraid I don't understand. How is the place they have been living suddenly too small for them?

The lease they were in doesn't end until July and they have already signed a new lease now for another place? Unless you can find a new tenant for their old place before the lease ends, they will be on the hook for the rent, advertising fees, agent fees to find a new tenant, and any other unreimbursed costs. This is only one month and judges would easily allow one month's rent to the LL because of a lease break. Sorry.

OKAY FIRST YOU NEEED TO TELL YOUR LANDLORD YOUR SITUATION! HE MAY HAVE ANOTHER PROPERTY AND MAYBE A BIGGER ONE FOR YOU ALL OR FOR YOU OR YOUR PARENTS!
YOU MUST TELL .. JUST SAY HEY THIS HAPPEND WE DNT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM WHAT CAN WE DO!
ALSO YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IF YOU READ YOUR LEASE..VERY IMPORTANT THING TO DO WHEN YOU SING SOMETHING YA KNOW!
TALK TO HIM 1ST SEE WHAT HE SAYS..NOW HEY IF YOU CAN FIND HIM NEW RESIDENTS IM SURE HE WILL BE GREATFUL IF THEY QUALIFY YA KNOW. BUT BEWARE YOU WILL STILL HAVE CHARGES UNTIL THEY MOVE IN AND YOU WILL PROBLY HAV ETO MAKE A PYMENT ARRANGEMENT WITH HIM SO IT DONT GO ON OUR CREDIT!
IF YOU JUST SKIPP OUT THEN YEAH YOUR SCREWING YOUR CREDIT AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND A DECENT PLACE BEACUSE OF IT,...EVEN IF YOU PAY IT OFF CUZ IT REALLY MAKES YOU LOOK BAD AND IRRESPONSIBLE! LE TME KNOW IF YOU HAVE NE MORE QUESTIONS .. I KNOW ALOT ABOUT THIS!
