Failed inspection. Can i break the lease and move?
I have a 1yr lease and landlord had to get the house inspected my apartment failed inspection. The inspector told the landlord that he has 90 days to evict me. Can i break the lease and move?

Who inspected the unit and declared that it didn't pass what criteria (building code, health code or HUD guidelines)? Was this a city building inspector, a health department inspector, or an inspector for HUD? It makes a difference.
