the rent money brfore the secretly took off
my parents have these tenants who is terminating their lease bofore the year is up and they said they were moving out by feb15. they gave us a month notice proir. the thing is they haven't paid rent for the month of january and what about feb. when my parents went to get the rentn monwy for jan. which was in feb. the found the house completely evacuted. what are my parents going to do if they want to proceed in getting the rent money for those two months if they location is known?

If you can find out where these tenants went, your parents can file a small claims court case against them for the rent they owe.
