Confused still need help!

As you may have read in my last post called hep me! My landlord sent me a letter stating that if I do not release the name of my ex-boyfriend he will be evicting me. Well the date has passed and I still have not received any eviction papers. I do not intend on paying next month's rent due to the fact he is evicting me. even if he does not evict me I want out of the lease because I feel he is harrassing me and I fear for my life around this man. I do not want to deal with this man anymore so what should I do?

Default Re: still need help!

You do need to pay rent for any time you are there. You ca sue him in small claims if you need to collect for damages or costs.
