New mental health issue, break lease?
I was living in a place, had an anxiety attack and was diagnosed with bi polar. This is all because of one roomate who sells weed and has friends over all the time, not letting me get proper rest. Can I break the lease? It's also pretty hypocritical for me to call him out on the weed selling since I smoked plenty, (can't any more) I was actually commited for a couple weeks because of this so I have plenty of documentation.

Why would the LL be responsible for your roommate? You can't terminate for this. This dispute is between you and your roommate, not the LL. You can't harm the LL monetarily by breaking your lease because you have a problem with a roommate. This is your problem to solve. It has nothing to do with a mental health issue, but a difference of opinions or lifestyles among the two of you. Tell your roommate to knock it off or you will call the cops. Offer to allow him to move out if another replacement roommate can be found, and run this agreement through the LL for approval. He must approve of any roommate that you choose.
