I had a tenant in my condo who has recently abandoned the condo, and left with back rent due to me. I have filed a suit in court. Today, the new tenant tried to set up cable services through the provider that serves the condo building, and they said there is a substantial amount due on the account.
I was directed to the Billing Manager but did not get in touch with her today. I just wanted to know what I can do to get the new tenants able to set up a cable account. Am I liable? The account was set up under the tenants name..I had nothing to do with it..and I have no way of finding him. Thanks in advance! |

Normally if you explain that to the cable company they will provide service; if not you can even sue them in small claims.
