A Florida commercial tenant is 4 months behind in rent, and has not made payments on real estate taxes when billed.
1) On the 3-day notice, can I include past late fees & bad check fees? 2) Is the eviction process for the commercial tenant the same as residential in Florida. In the past I have done my own evictions using forms provided by the court? |

Normally it is much easier than for residential and you can follow the lease provisions and close them out when they are in default. Check with your local sheriff or meet with counsel briefly to confirm.
