When lease end.
At the end of last July my lease ended and I moved to another complex in August. I just know noticed on my utility bill I have been paying for both apartments (same city). I know when you move to an apartment they have you sign when to start your power and light. Do they have you sign one to cancel it too? I swear I signed one saying when to stop service but I am not sure.

Call your utility company now. You do have to cancel service at your old place when you move out. Call them today. IF this is there mistake, they should refund the amount to you or credit it to your new bill. If yours, it was an expensive lesson.
