Confused Eviction

My landlord will start eviction on me on the 16th of October. I am able to pay the 20th and she told me that she can stop eviction once i pay plus attorney fees. Does this still stay on my record and since it never actually happened can I get it taken off and how? Thanks so much!

Normally that would not have been reported to the credit agencies yet. Ask her if she did so.
