Want my roommate out - Indiana

She did not sign the lease, but is listed as a resident or occupant of the apt on the lease. What is my legal obligation? Can I just ask her to go? Do I have to give her notice? Any help would be appreciated. D. Walker

Why and on what basis?

What is your agreement? Is it month to month?

You will have to evict if she will not leave.

Thanks for replying - I was beginning to think nobody would.

Moved in as my girlfriend we were going to start a life together but the relationship is not working. There was no formal agreement and she has not contributed financially at all. She may leave voluntarily when asked but I am not confident she will - that is why I want to learn what I have to do if she refuses to go peacefully.
