Apt check
I'm currently living in California renting an apt with my other three roommates.
Like my other thread had mentioned before, we got a notice and the manager of the apt said she would come and check our apt today because of the curtain/partition issue of our living room. Yes, we did get a notice said she will be here at 9:30am, but the problem is that she didn't show up on time but at around 12:00pm. My question here is that is this also OK that she didn't show up on time? What if no one's home can she just get in? I'm so annoyed and she will come around again next week...Really hope I can do something about it. Thank you for any response anyways! |

If she's not within an hour or so of the appointed time, you can tell her that you would prefer that she re-notify you and return on time. However, she can enter without you there as long as she has given you the correct notice to enter.
