Default Re: Guarantor letter

Just tell prospective LLs that your father will be a guarantor for you and ask for a seperate application for him (since they will want to screen him too). This is common in many situations for various reasons, poor or no credit, young applicants, couples just starting out, etc. The LL will screen you and dad, then give you the guarantor letter for him to sign at the lease signing.
