Exclamation disturbing the peace

We just moved to GA from NY and we are renting a duplex in camden county. A few months after we moved in we got new neighbors. Well, the kid who rented the place paid a year up front and has since been getting complaints from all of the tenants around him. They have cars comming and going all hours of the day and night. We had to call the cops on them once for someone not living in the unit beating a girl up outside. We discribed the guy who beat up the girl and the police said he is a known drug dealer and now we see his car in the drive way a lot more than usual. Everyone wants them gone but our landlords have told us all we can do is keep calling the cops because they need police reports to evict them based on disturbing the peace. They aren't doing anything that would warrent us calling the cops lately other than having cars parked in the street and random people comming and going all hours of the day. What can we do about this if anything?

As the LL said, call the cops. Call and ask who you should talk to about suspected drug activity. Describe the car that the other policeman said belonged to the drug dealer, explain how cars come and go randomly, tell how long they stay at the unit, start taking down license plate numbers if they need them. Get the police started on watching the unit. IF a drug bust is made, or enough disturbance calls are made, you can insist on their eviction.

My next door neighbor works with the police and he explained things to them the last time we called the cops and the cops said they would be watching the place and we discribed a few of the cars and people to them and they said the recognized one already as a known drug dealer. I guess I will have to start calling them every time I see cars coming and going all hours of the night. Its not a constant thing but happens at least 2 or 3 times a week. this is frustrating.
