Recently, we had a family member move out of our house. They stayed for a couple months. When they were moving in, to make space, they moved a couple of our beds and matresses into their storage unit. I would like to know if it's possible to serve them a letter demanding our items back, as they have been moved out for over a month now. They also owe us rent ($200), which I'm not as concerned about as I am the beds.
Thanks for any help possible. (Florida) |

Sure you can ask for your items. Demand these back asap, send the letter by certified mail, rrr, and keep a copy. Ask for a date within 2 weeks to retrieve them.
