I am in Florida and in process of evicting my tenant-Writ of Possession has been served. If he does not leave before the Sheriff comes and removes him, and I have to remove his furniture and stuff. I know I can remove his belongings and put them by the curb and I am not responsible for them, BUT THE TOWN WILL FINE ME IF THEY ARE THERE FOR MORE THAN 4 DAYS OR SO.....SO HOW LONG (BY LAW) DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THEM ON MY PROPERTY CURB BEFORE I CAN TRASH THEM??

Check with your city attorney. Often it has to be removed very quickly, a day or so.
