What is the legal age to be consider an adult there?

It is 18 but it is 18 in Kansas and I had gone to one complex just to get some ideas and they gave me their qualifications and it said you had to be 21.

They can choose their own rules for renting, at least here in California.
I would assume it is the same for you or similar. |
