Confused landlord breaking lease

I was renting a home on a lease from a realtor and the home was foreclosed on. Does the realtor have to pay me for breaking the lease?

Default Re: landlord breaking lease

Foreclosure automaticaly terminates leases except in a very few areas. You will not receive compensation from the agent. You may receive cash for keys from the bank if the bank still particpates in this program. (Many banks are dropping this as there are too many foreclosures.)
