My daughter signed a lease with her (loser) boyfriend against my better judgement. Now they have broken up and she has put him out...which I know she can't really do...is there anyway to get his name removed from the lease.

If she, he, and the LL agree to have him removed from the lease, it can be done through lease addendum. Or if she filed for a protection order from him. Otherwise, he may be on the lease until it ends. She should inform the LL that he has moved out.
