kicked out
i moved in with my mother n law to help her out with my husbands sister that has cerevbal palsey .she cant do anything for herself.well after about a month my mother n law broke her wrist and ahd to have surgery.so we had to take care of everything.now she feeling better and she got mad at us and has now kicked us out!what can i do? what rights do i have ?

How long did you live at the residence? If you lived there long enough, she cannot just kick you out. She needs to give you proper written notice to vacate. The amount of notice varies according to the area the property is located (it can be as little as 7 days notice or as much as 60 days notice). Please post your state and how long you lived there.
