Default tenant fail to pay

I have a tenant that fail to pay rent from june to july. demand for payment letter sent. she moved now i am unable to file for eviction. what sreps do i take now?

Please post the area where the property is located for specific information on abanadonment laws and the steps needed to retake possession.
