Can anyone help us out with this. The other tenants along with myself in our 6 storefront business center has been hit with huge CAM increases since a new owner with property mgmt group took over. It has gone up $500 a month on our 100 sq ft unit and the buliding and grounds are not being kept as well as they were before. The old owner has provided me with the original vendore that cared for the property but i know this new property mgmt company is ripping us off to try to pay the new mortgage on the building. What can we do? They already tried to evict me for rocking the boat. Can anyone advise?

Sorry, but this is commercial property we are discussing here. Unless there are some commercial property laws (few states have them), you are not covered under any LL-Tenant statutes. They can increase any terms not covered under your lease at will. Only those terms covered by your lease are guaranteed. Anything else is up for negotiation.
