Confused emergency magistrates hearing?

Magistrate has issued another date in amonth and is happy to evict tenants, however, they got me on technicality. I had filled out bond lodgement but gave them bond back without thinking of the paper work and they they are claiming I have their bond money, But I dont.In the eyes of the law though it appears I do, so I paid it only so the eviction will take place, as it is guaranteed.Problem is its in a month, can I speed the process? They were privately renting till I handed them to my rental manager, i have a signed private arrangement they should be paying me each week, but havnt since july, they are paying the real estate a minimal amount. They live in a fully furnished cottage and I am paying their power and water as they also live on the same farm.I also helped them buy a fridge. They are denying us access to the cottage surrounds which was understood it is the hub of the farm and is a communal area, they are claiming privacy rights!I believe thay have bad intent, alredy claiming health and safety slipping on cattle grid! It goes on.Police visit them regularly. One night with sirens and two cars.neighbours are concerned also. Please help

Default Re: emergency magistrates hearing?

Hard to speed that up normally unless you can argue they are damaging the property or threatening somebody-- or the like.
