Does Landlord Owe Me Anything ???
I received notice to vacate my rented house (one of three houses on one parcel) the reason given that the landlady wants to move into the premises. I have been told, for that reason, I am due compensation from the owner. Property is in California, County of Los Angeles. Is this true??

Do you have a lease?
If so she cannot break it w/o comp. If you have no lease she can try to have you out in 30 days normally. |
