Default Re: eviction

I'm confused and I don't think I have enough info to advise you properly. Have you had a pet for 2 years and failed to pay the deposit all that time, or was this a newly acquired pet? Why was the vehicle towed? Did you get an actual eviction notice (from a court) or a vacate notice from the manager or LL? Do you have a current lease or are you Month to Month tenant? What state are you in? Please provide some more info.
