Default Definition of day in contract

Hey,

I wanted to cancel my lease with my landlord today, and he said that I had to have done that 20 days before the end of the month. Seeing as how today is the 12th and Dec 31st is the end of the month, does this not count as 20 days? Am I within my rights or just out of luck?

Alan

Default Re: Definition of day in contract

A 24 hour dispute is not reasonable and sufficient--if you gave notice it is fine...
