Eviction coming up fast

I need help quickly. I havebeen going around in court for about a year trying to hold on to my apartment. I live in a co-op apt. and we had problems with our old management and recently got a new company and it seems that they want to get rid of all who withheld rent from the previous management. I should have put it in escrow but did not. When I went to court I tried to make payments but was charged more than I make,is that legal. I take home about $1,500 a month and was told to pay $2,100 a month to pay the arrears and was also told"It is a bussiness and we do not have to lower the payments" I could afford about $1,000 a month but never got any help the four times that I ask the judge. Is there anything that can be done for me,I just got an eviction notice and could be on the street in a week along with my brother who is HIV pos. Can you help. I wish I had money to hire you but I will spread your name around. Thanks for any help.

Have you been paying any rent at all during this period?

I paid some of the rent and about $2,000 on the arrears but was told that since it was a bussiness they did not have to lower the payments. I can pay the rest of the arrears if the manaqement would lower the amount to $1,000 to $1,200 a month rent included leaving just about enough for food and lights
