I have suffered much damage to my personal belongings caused by the
negligence of tradesmen appointed by Fife Council. I am a Fife Council tenant. Where do I stand leqally, if Fife Council refuse to recompense for the damage? |

First we need more information. What property was damaged, which tradesmen damaged them (what were they hired to do), and how did the damage occur? Were these private contractors hired by the council, or were they employees? You might also want to check out the folowing link to get more info in the Fife Council:
