I was off work for approximately 1 1/2 weeks due to doctor
treated illness. 2 weeks after I came back my employer told me I had to apply for FMLA. I took the forms to my doctor, which he filled out and signed. Employer is now saying they are not filled out sufficiently. Basically, they want my diagnosis. Do I legally have to provide them with this? |
