EEK! EMPLOYEEAND EMPLOYER SIGNING A PLAN

IF I STATED "I PLANNED TO WORK 2 DAYS PER WEEK BEGINNING 1/2009 AND RETIRE 1/2010 IS THIS THE SAME AS A SIGNED CONTRACT AND I HAVE TO BE HELD TO IT OR MAY I CHANGE MY "PLAN" LATER IN THE YEAR AS THE EMPLOYEE TO CONTINUE WORKING THE SAME NUMBER OF DAYS I CURRENTLY AM.
