I am receiving social security disability for a closed head injury, but have found a very simple part time job that I would like to apply for. Am I legally obligated to tell the employer on my application that I am receiving SSD for this injury?

Only if the application asks for that.

Thank you! I have been unable to find an answer for this anywhere. I am afraid that disclosing the closed head injury will hamper me in getting the job, which is a simple one and I think I can handle. I HAVE to do something, as my Social Security Disability is NOT enough to live on at all. Thanks much for your response.
