Default employment contract

hello

Am residing in Arab gulf country working in a European forgin embassy, so I would like to know what law should I subordinate to concerning my employment contract?

The country where you are now or your home country or the home base of the employer are all acceptable.

But the employer normally has that decided already, and has a preference.
