Default Rights of Security Guards vs. Employer

Just curious about what rights a person working as a Security Guard has before the law. To be more specific, are Security Guards protected, by the same level of legal rights, as any other employee, according to the law? Have there been any legal precedents indicating a difference in legal rights, for Security Guards, compared with other employees?

Default Re: Rights of Security Guards vs. Employer

On what issue?

Normally you don't have any lesser rights if that is what you are asking...
