Angry Can paychecks be mailed?

I work for a facilities management company in Orlando, Florida, but the headquaters are in Connecticutt. In December, the Area Manager stated that it was too much work for him to distribute checks so it would be a good idea to get direct deposit, and those without direct deposit would receive there check in the mail. Is this Legal?

Default Re: Can paychecks be mailed?

It is not illegal normally.

You can check with your local dept of labor office as well.
