i was wondering.... i called my job the other day to speak to a coworker( i work in a small deli in ny), and my boss answered. now normally that would not be a problem,but he was at home 30 miles or so away.he somehow has the phone at work hooked up to his phone and ANY conversations( even orders from costomers) are carefully listened to. is this legal.

We don't quite follow what really happened,
but any unauthorized tapping of a phone is illegal. |
