I raised my voice to a female supervisor and was put on admin. Leave for 2 months, pending a "fitness of duty exam" which came back that I was fit for duty... no problems. A female coworker raised her voice and cursed a male coworker, who filed a complaint. The female supervisor investigated and determined there wasn't anything wrong, no problems and no reason to take any action. I feel like the female supervisor is guilty of sexual discrimination against me, while protecting another female. Any comments or advice?

You are probably right but that kind of issue alone is generally not yet ripe for a lawsuit. Even more so since it was resolved favorably for you--despite the hassle--
